We expect all employees, suppliers, and business partners to operate in accordance with applicable labour laws and internationally recognized human rights standards. Employment must be voluntary, and workers must be treated with dignity and respect.
Cortrium encourages responsible sourcing and works to ensure that our suppliers act in accordance with ethical labour practices. Suppliers are expected to prohibit forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking within their own operations and throughout their supply chains. As part of our supplier relationships, Cortrium may request confirmation that suppliers comply with these principles. Where concerns regarding unethical labour practices arise, Cortrium will assess the situation and take appropriate action.
